| I have been having intermittent problems with this macro not picking up new counties and displaying them on the Counties map. Most of the time if I rerun the macro it corrects the problem but I have now run the macro twice against the same data and the last 2 states and the counties with finds are not being shaded on the county map. The county data is in the "Finds" database it is just not being picked up. Any ideas? |
Your most recent US county map was generated yesterday evening. That seems likely, so it appears you are able to access the server correctly.

1. Do all the Finds have correct entries in the State field?
2. Are all your State entries either full names (California) or abbreviations (CA)? The macro can deal with either, but it must be consistent, a mixture is not allowed.
3. Do all the Finds have correct entries in the County field?
