AFAIK, nothing related to this has changed in GSAK 8.3. Perhaps something has changed at the gc.com API end of things. ![unsure.gif]()
GCBalance doesn't use up an API count to get the balance, so it should not be throwing a message if you have a zero balance. I just tested this using the GUI version (Geocaching.com Access>Get Download Available Balance) - running it two times in a row did not decrease the available balance.
Are you sure this message is coming from GCBalance, or could it be coming from another command in your macro that uses the API? I ask because if it's the latter, you may be able to avoid the message by tweaking your macro to avoid making the last available call (i.e. stop at 1 left).
When you know you've deleted your available balance on an account, please run GCBalance by itself, just to confirm that it is the GCBalance command that is throwing the message.
