The help file is gone by Kai Team - 2013-07-26

It sounds like something on your system modified the GSAK files. DLL (dynamic link library) files can be shared by multiple programs - if a program updates a DLL, it's not supposed to break it for other programs that use it, but it does sometimes happen. It's possible you ran an overly aggressive "clean up" utility and it deleted something it should not have. Or, if you've just updated GSAK or another program that uses a shared DLL, it's possible that a file was corrupted during the download. It's also possible that you have malware on your system that has modified this and other files - if this type of problem recurs, I'd suggest running a full virus scan, just to be safe.

You don't say what version of GSAK you have, but the best approach to get going again would be to re-install GSAK to update the GSAK files with a good copy. Please click here for the specific steps to follow.
