Thanks for your help.
I did delete the wrong Rohrbach entry in the C:\Program Files (x86)\gsak\locations\county.csv and i delete the txt file in C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\gsak\locations\counties\aut\all_aut .

Now i have already correct county´s.
