I think I know what might have happened. I was running on a dual screen at home with GSAK single screen on the second screen only. Now I am away I only have my laptop and I think the dialog is still displaying on the second screen. Most functions seem OK. I will try a reboot of my laptop and see if this fixes it.
Sadly the reboot didn't fix the problem will now try an earlier version.
