Yes, you can create GSAK 'profiles'. Please click here for more information (I suggest reading from that post to the end of the thread).
Creating profiles does not require you to create new user accounts on the laptop if you don't need them for other reasons.
PS - that post is a bit out of date - I'd suggesting creating the app data folders in
to be consistent with what Win 7 expects. There should already be a \GSAK folder there if you've installed GSAK. The others could be named GASK1, GSAK2, GSAK3 or Dick, Jane and Harry, if you prefer.
