Well, I don't know what the problem was but whatever it was it has gone away. I cleaned the "cookies" out of my pc, I cleaned out the GPS'r, I exported the GASK file via Mapsource and that worked. I transferred the Mapsource files to the GPS'r and that worked.
Next I deleted all of the waypoints on the GPS'r. I went into GSAK, clicked on GPS, then I clicked on Send Waypoints checked my setting and clicked Send.
It worked as smooth as butter, just like it always has.
Must be gremlins in the house this a.m.
