Oh, one I can answer! ;-) (I've gotten so many answers from the forums, it's nice to be able to give back).
Enter the Publish Logs, and go to enter some text in the log. Click on Trackables. In the "Action" block to the right of your trackable (each one), do a right mouse click. Select "Visit All." You can enter text if you want. After that, the trackable will visit each cache you log through Publish Logs.
