The message means that there are no caches in the database that meet your filter criteria. Are you using the criteria on the Other tab shown in this post, and nothing else (i.e. all other filter criteria are set to the default)? If so, then it means that none of the caches in your database have more than one found log by you.
If that's the case and your found count is still off, perhaps you have other caches in the database that have been manually marked as found even though they don't have a found log by you? You can test this by generating the special "My Finds" Pocket Query (which contains all of your found caches and logs) at Geocaching.com, then load it into the database with these settings on the File>Load GPX dialog:

This will set the user flags for all caches in the My Finds PQ (i.e. all of your finds logged at Geocaching.com). Now go to Search>Filter, General tab and UNCheck "Set" next to "User Flag". This will filter for caches without the user flag set and allow you to see if there are caches in GSAK that are marked as found that you have not logged online at gc.com.
