Build 16 causing some macros to run slow by clyde - 2013-06-25

Yea, it looks like the User flag counts introduced in build 15 is causing this.

This code needs to be optimized to better handle macro updates of database variables - which I have now done in build 17

Try build 17 - it *should* be quicker.
