Unfortunately we had an emergency here yesterday that took up all of the afternoon and most of the evening.
I did have time to look at CacheCop earlier though. At the moment the use of a filter is not possible due to earlier changes related to use of the User Flag, but since you've requested it I'll put it on the list (high on the list). It'll give me an opportunity to go right through the code and hopefully speed it up a bit.
