I am not able to replicate the problem:
When I use Get Geocaches, select GCXXXX code and type in GC1320E I get exactly the coordinates at the website. If I then use Refresh, I still have the right coordinates.
One question: when you see this cache in your database, and right-click on it, select Corrected Coordinates, does that show the original coords under "Coordiates from last update") and the bogus ones at the top of the dialog?
