"Read Only", "Saving under new name"? I am not seeing any of that. When I bring up the load dialog from the Refresh dialog, it functions the same as it normally would, except for the fact that it is missing the OK button which would start the actual load, something that we don't want.
I was able to change a setting, save it under it's current name, exit, then come back and change it back.
The key here is if you want to save your settings, you need to click Save. If it were automatically saved, the new settings would be unexpectedly applied the next time you used them.
