Ok, it now seems clear that something is adding corrected coordinates to your data. Note that the original coordinates are still there but the presence of corrected coordinates is overriding them.
Do you have a post-load macro running? If so, which one. (You find that by going to the Load dialog immediately after loading a PQ, and inspecting the field "Post Load Macro").
