Also try this. Take the Delete option on the corrected coordinates dialog for one of the problem caches (that should put back the correct/original coordinates).

Now do a refresh for that one cache. Are the coordinates now corrupt again?

If they are, then please take the option "Tools=>Send debug info" and let me know the tracking number.
