I wasn't trying to be subtle, just trying to see if the conversion button would solve the problem for caches that may have been loaded into GSAK before you switched to abbreviations.
You said "county" - did you mean "county" or "country" (an easy mistake to make, either way). If the Country field is filled in, I don't know why State would not be filled in, unless those caches are outside the polygons used by GSAK. Can you give us the GC Codes for a couple of caches that are missing the State so that we can test?
