The MapNearest split screen has been superseeded by the MapNearest V3 split screen. You need to install HTML_GoogleMapsNearestV3 and select "Map Nearest V3" from split screen list. To remove the old "Map Nearest" entry from the split screen list, delete HTML_GoogleMapsNearest.gsk from your macro directory and restart GSAK.
Those icons are also missing when using Map Nearest V3, at least in my copy.
