The goal is to do this with a numbered series of caches - e.g. "Church Micro 1", "Church Micro #234", "Church Micro 2885 Whitchurch Hill".
The attached macro creates a custom field named "Identifier" and copies the first number it encounters in a cache name to the "Identifier" custom field for that cache (using the examples above, the numbers in the Identifier field would be 1, 234, and 2885, respectively). Note that if there are two numbers in a cache name (e.g. "#1 Cache- 234") the macro will copy the first number (1 in this case).
