If this doesn't help, you might have set the wrong matching criteria under "tools->options->general", usually the best method is to select the radio button "owner id#" and then to copy your member ID from the geocaching.com web page into the box below the radio buttons. You can find your member id on the following page: http://www.geocaching.com/account/ (you need to be logged in).
