In GSAK, go to Help>Contents or press F1 on your keyboard. Or, access the online help from the main GSAK page (here).
Either way, from the help file contents, under "Using GSAK", click on "Main GSAK Screen". The screen shots in the GSAK help file contain "hot spots" that take you to more detailed information. In this case, click in the grid of the screen shot on the "Main GSAK screen" help file page and you will be taken to a list of available columns and their definitions (here).
For macro authors, another way to access the same information is in the help file under "Macros (Automating GSAK)" and click on "Overview", then "Database Variables" (here).
