I uninstalled my old exporter, installed the macro you recommended, and went to an older version of POI Loader.
Nuvi_GPX_by_CT.Gsk set to "custom settings" under the Garmin model did the trick quite nicely!
Along with the sox.exe app I can now even have audible alerts and it seems to be working. It took me a while to figure out where to install the sox.exe app. Heh, now it must be in 3 or 4 places on my computer.
Thank you so much, you cannot imagine how giddy and relieved I am to see all of this information on the Nuvi. What an excellent macro, and the preview of custom tags is quite nice.
