Sorry, for the slow response on this. I thought it was working correctly before but now you have me thinking that I may have missed the change when it happened. I have not added a country with a single find for over 18 months so I don't think it can be that. Can you tell me how to determine which UK map data I am using? |
Firstly, load the latest UK file using the FSG Options/Maps/Install Map Data Files from GSAK/ then choose 'United Kingdom - County' and click 'Install'. (You will lose any custom colors you've set up, but it ensures the file is up to date).
If that doesn't fix it then try the following to eliminate all the counties where you have a single find: Berkshire, Cleveland, Devon, Hereford and Worcester, Kent,
Nottinghamshire, Somerset, Surrey, and Tyne and Wear.
Create a copy of your 'Found' database with everything in it and then run the stats (use a different setting group and select the new database and only the UK map to save time). Then delete the finds in those counties one by one and see if, at some point, Cheshire returns. That will tell us which county is overwriting Cheshire.
