It seems that I have been having problems with this as well. I run a macro every Wednesday that downloads 11 PQs, loads them and then goes on to other things. I have run it every week without issue for over a year.
Starting three weeks ago, it has downloaded the PQs and then skipped the load. I have determined that the PQs are downloaded as I can stop my macro and load them manually. I have also determined that if I cancel and immediately rerun my macro, it will download the PQs again, load them and then move on as it should.
