Please do the following:
1. in GSAK go to the Geocaching.com access=> Download Pocket Queries, click on Advanced tab, in the Settings box select the settings named: Charge les PQ des caches à trouver
Look at the Basic tab (without doing anything else); if your screenshot does not show the "Run GPX load after ..." checkbox checked, then you have found your problem (This is as very common error). Check that checkbox and then go back to the Advanced tab and save the settings again to the same name. Your macro might now work as you expect.
Assuming this was not the problem then there are a few other possibilities. So:
2. switch to Basic tab and make a screenshot (please leave GSAK in whatever language you normally use when you have this issue). Open this screenshot on your computer so you can do some comparisons.
3. in the "Run GPX load after..." group click on "Settings Dialog" button and make a screenshot of those setting
Now inspect the two screenshots; you should be looking at something like this:

(obviously this is with GSAK set to German)
and note the following on these two screenshots:
A. do the folder names correspond (if they are not identical, then fix and save the Load settings again and then also the Download PQ settings again - use the same names as before)
B. on the second screenshot "Load Type" should be set to "Folder" type (if not, then set that and save those Load settings again with same name)
C. is the database on the Load dialog the one you want (if not then your data has been flowing into the wrong database)
If all seems OK then do check the "Show summary" checkbox on the Load dialog and save those setting again. Now when the macro runs does the summary show and does it indicate that it is doing what it is supposed to?
If going through all this does not resolve the issue for you, then please post the screenshots here so we can look at them.
