It could be an api problem - it is just not returning the trackable.
What is the GCXXXXX code of the cache that contains the trackable and what is the name of the trackable?
Also, the travel bug may not have been in the cache inventory at the time you edited the log (as far as the api was concerned).
Try clicking on the "Refresh" button to see if it fetches it now.
