Fix Out-Of-Order cache logs by Kai Team - 2013-09-01

If you mean you want the logs in the right order at gc.com as well as in GSAK:

1) delete logs D & E online at gc.com,

2) Delete logs D & E in the GSAK Publish Logs dialog (go to the Settings page and temporarily UNcheck "Show only unpublished" to view and delete these logs),

3) Delete logs D & E from your GSAK database (assuming you have imported them).

4) Restart GSAK.

5) Log caches C, D & E in order.
