Oops GSAK crash by Jellis - 2013-09-03

It's not how to put the columns back. It's how to keep them from disappearing. I had it happen to me again.
For some reason only the Cache type disappears. The column is there but no icons.

So I try to restart and get this message.

When I get GSAK back up I only have two columns showing
