Oops GSAK crash by Kai Team - 2013-09-03

OK, that's more information and a different issue.

Please close GSAK if you have it running. Go to Windows Start and type "Add Or Remove" in the search box at the bottom of the Start menu. Select "Add or Remove Programs". Click on GSAK in the list and uninstall.

After uninstalling through Windows, try reinstalling. Start with the last full build (8.3.0.1 here) and then the latest patch (here).

If (and only if) uninstalling and reinstalling GSAK doesn't solve the problem, go to Start>GSAK>Folder Finder, select Application Data and click "Show". Find the file GSAK.ini and rename that file to something like GSAKini.old. Now restart GSAK. See if that fixes the problem.
