When I did mine, "FillFinds.gsk" did fill in the find Number, not in the correct order since there was no logId to check for, but you can change the numbers later if you want.
Did you assign them a proper cache type? Maybe the FillFinds Macro won't do "Other" cache types as the generic GPX file puts them in as. (I did mine as GS HQ since they were block party labs...)
