1) Did you reinstall to the same laptop?
Yes. It was installed to the same Laptop.
1a) If so, did you reinstall to the same folder on the laptop?
Everything was wiped from my Laptop as far as I know and I had to reinstall everything. I assume GSAK installed itself into the same folder if it was still in existence.
2) Did you restore settings from a backup after the reinstall?
There was no back up as the Laptop malfunctioned.
3) Did you restore your databases from a backup after the reinstall?
No.
3a) If so, was the backup created on the laptop, or somewhere else (e.g. a desktop)?
As above.
