A couple of other things you can check.
That summary is really just a html file that GSAK is showing inside this dialog. If you right mouse click and select properties you should see the location of the file, which should be [application data]\temp\show.htm
1. Does the right mouse click work inside this dialog (which should bring up the standard IE context sensitive menu)?
2. Does the [application data]\temp\show.htm file exist?
3. Does this file have any data inside it?
3. Can you view this file in IE outside of GSAK?
