This usually means that somehow your system has unregistered one (or more) of the DLL's that GSAK uses.
You can force GSAK to register all the Dlls it uses by doing a full install again (install the latest final from http://gsak.net)
After installing the final you may then want to upgrade to the latest patch (currently build 52 here)
