Under the Geocaching.com Access menu there are 2 options listed for getting a new access token. You can try either of those. Note that, as Walts Hunting mentioned, they expire every 90 days now instead of being immortal as they used to be.
Getting the most current version (currently 8.5.1.55) is also a must prior to getting the access token as 8.5.0.0 doesn't have the second option for getting the token and the first option has had some tweaks.
