This means that the summary will be shown when you click the OK button on the form (which triggers the Load subroutine) but NOT when the form exits unattended - i.e. DelayExit, which runs the LoadDelay subroutine. You're exactly right, the problem is that it never shows the load summary for me. I think this started around the 8.3 update but I'm not entirely sure.
Edit: I actually did a little more digging and just realized that the macro isn't running anything after the Load subroutine. It's not running the macro, changing location or resorting my waypoint list.
