No one else is reporting this, so we'll have to try to track it down.
First, please clear your browser cache (click here and see part "B" for directions). After clearing your browser cache, manually download GSAK 8.3.0.1 (here) and install it (install the file by double clicking on the downloaded file). Then manually download 8.3.1.53 (here) and install the latest build.
If that doesn't fix things, Clyde (GSAK's author) will have to help track it down (he should be along in a few hours - it's night time right now where he lives). In the meantime (as a workaround until Clyde can track down the problem), you may be able to run a macro by going to your macro folder (go to Tools>Folder Finder, select "Macros" in the drop down, click "Show"), and double clicking the macro file. You should see this dialog:

Choose "run the macro now". That may or may not work, depending on where the problem is.
