As another approach...
Sort everything by distance from home, go to the first cache and set the UserFlag on the first 2000 (CTRL+F6). Filter by UserFlag (F8) and Export as GPX.
Make note of the last cache flagged and then clear all flags and flag the next 2000 caches. Export.
Repeat until you are out of caches...
Or, if you already have some logical points you'd want to break at, sort from the new location and set the filter to not select N/NE/NW caches, then flag 2000 and export.
