This seems like the better option. There is a macro (UpdateGCNotes.gsk - click here) that will automate the process of uploading your GSAK user notes to the GC.com personal cache note.
I'd suggest a using a wrapper macro to:
1) Copy the corrected coordinates in GSAK to the GSAK user note,
2) Set a filter on caches with corrected coordinates
3) Run the UpdateGCNotes macro to transfer the user notes to gc.com pcn.
You could set that macro to automatically run when GSAK exits (Tools>Options, Advanced tab) so that you don't have to remember to run it.
