1) On the old PC, go to File>Backup. Save the backup to removable media like a flash drive, CD or network drive. 2) Install GSAK on the new PC using the default installation settings, then go to File>Restore. Select the file you saved in step 1. Check the boxes to restore all databases and settings. Be sure to check this box: ![]() to avoid problems with macros if the path on your new PC is different than the old PC (likely, especially if you are upgrading from an older version of Windows like XP or you have a different Windows User Account name). Great so easy was little worried about windows 8 but did want you said and know got it on the new laptop
