I recently joined a group looking after a number of cache series that have been a little neglected. Im trying to use my GSAK instance to manage them but there is one thing that is really problematic and I cant understand why it is done this way, so thought I would ask:
The needs maintenance flag is taken from the last 4 logs or if I use one of Clyde's custom macros the last x logs Ive loaded into GSAK. However, some of these caches have had outstanding flags on them for some time. I looked in the GPX file (1.1 format) and noticed that the needs maintenance attribute is at the top of the cache listing. Why is the flag not obtained from there rather than the logs as this seems more accurate? Is there some way I could access that information from a macro in order to populate a user column? I think having these cache attributes as columns would be very useful as you could filter out say tree climbs if that is not your thing.
