One of the sets were caches I owned downloaded.  They included the final waypoints but when I pulled the PQ that included these caches, it did not have the final coordinates so removed them.  That is one way it can be done.  Is there away to mark those downloaded; besides going into each one and changing them to user entered to keep them from getting deleted.

The other was from a very old GSAK DB, I'm guessing back then either "by user" wasn't the default?

If I understand you correctly and the coordinates are set to 0,0 (not just missing), you can use this macro (click here) to set them to By User. smile.gif

Is your Owner ID set correctly?

It shouldn't lose or should correctly reimport the points on things you own.

Tool~Options~General~method for matching Owned and Found Caches

I don't think the settings in GSAK will make any difference. The key issue is whether the PQ was downloaded while logged into the account that owns these caches at Geocaching.com. Many gc.com users have more than one account, and "hidden" coordinates are only delivered to the cache owner (i.e. when the PQ is generated by someone logged in as the cache owner). Even though you own the caches, if you log in through another account, the hidden coordinates will not be included in the GPX file from gc.com, for obvious reasons!
