babel.bat error with ~ by de zaaiers - 2013-11-27

Hi Clyde, that's why I think that the message isn't exactly right.

I opened the various specific folders on the screen to follow what happens. And than I saw that every time a zip is being processed, babel.bat is recreated. And when the error messages appears on the screen, the babel.bat is already recreated before, so it exists.
