1. Option to use small map icons.

These are the same icons as previously used by the MyGme macro, different cache types are shown only by color of the icon. All regular features such as 'One Click' flags and UserSort should still work.
Additionally the macro will overlay a 'disabled' red cross icon, and includes a vertical exclamation point for those caches which have corrected coordinates. Found caches are shown in red and separate 'Found' markers do not display in this mode.
