Ah, that explains it. As I didn't want to post 26 separate maps I zipped them all up, that's probably why they are not picked up. Thanks for explaining.
I'll have a look at who the author of the norwegian map is. From what I could see it's two copies of the identical file (same name, same version number) but one of the two ends in the middle of the file, causing the error. I'll look into this tomorrow.
