A friend of mine is on a caching field trip, and rang me with a GSAK (8.6.1.27) problem he is having.
Geocaching.com access > Get Geocaches progresses through the Fetching API limits -> Generating GPX file notices - - and then nothing happens (no file is generated/downloaded).
He also says he can't download PQ's or refresh cache data.
He is currently able to visit cache pages and download gpx files from there into GSAK.
I have suggested it may be his antivirus (AVG) blocking the downloads, and to add GSAK to the AV "whitelist"/exclusions.
I have also suggested getting a new access token.
So far neither of these solutions have solved the issue. Any ideas from forum members would be most welcome.
