It's not clear what you mean by "it", but since you mention logging your daughter's caches, I'm guessing you are referring to the Gecoaching.com Access>Publish logs functionality.
On the laptop, go to Geocaching.com Access>Get Another Access token. When prompted, log in to Geocaching.com using your daughter's account. Assuming you've previously updated the Owner ID for "Method for Matching..." under Tools>Options, General tab, you should be all set.
PS - It appears that you have three (or four) users running GSAK - yourselves, your brother and your daughter. The license agreement for GSAK is quite generous - it allows you to run GSAK on as many computers as you like, as long as you are the one running GSAK. Although Clyde is also generous re: family use for minor children, if your brother is using GSAK, or your daughter is an independent adult, they should register GSAK themselves (i.e. the license agreement does not allow you to share your registration with other independent users, even if they are living in your household). Registrations are Clyde's livelihood and allow him to continue to develop and support GSAK.
