Yea, currently templates are not supported for trackables (it is "on the list") - so those log types shouldn't even show here.
This seems to be something of a sleeper that was introduced when we added support for the "AddTrackableApi" macro to better show the logs in the split screen. See this thread for more information
The list of log type you see in the template combo box is populated from the GSAK log types master, which now includes the trackable log types. However, the trackable log types should be excluded as they are not applicable to the "normal" log types which templates currently apply to. I will fix in the next build.
