Unable to Change Options by Zorkmid - 2013-12-04

I use GSAK 8.3.0.1 and, whenever I attempt to change an option or view a new column, I get the following error:

Proxy server name must not be blank (Error number: 218).

I don't use a proxy to communicate with the internet. If I run GSAK from another computer on my network everything works fine. Both computers use the same firewall (Kaspersky Internet Security 2013).

If I uninstall and re-install GSAK the problem persists. There must be a configuration setting that causes the problem - one that persists after an uninstall.

Any ideas?
