You don't give info on what program that gpx comes from. i.e. if you put in next stage on a Garmin it does not correct the coordinates in the original file it just creates a next stage.
Second a GPX file has no way to tell GSAK if the coords are corrected or not. That info is just not there and never will be without a change in schema which is unlikely.
