I don't understand what you mean by "add" your corrected coordinates, so you will need to elaborate.
If you have corrected coordinates in GSAK then when you send the cache data to the GPSr (in GPX or GGZ format) the coordinates for the cache should always be the corrected ones, so the cache should show at the corrected coordinates location (you won't see the original at all).
