Last update of what - GSAK or Groundspeak?
Nothing has changed in GSAK regarding this api call so this one looks like a problem with the Groundspeak api (we have had a similar problem in the past, so perhaps that bug has crept back in).
I will send off a bug report to Groundspeak and see if they can shed any light.
